    It's just moving to cash backing at this stage. I think they will wind down the trial for less than $6 mill (mainly just unpaid invoices), and there is a large tax credit coming, others have mentioned this credit mentioned also. So cash should be closer to $15 mill, so 1.5 cents is just cash backing. Obviously I think the current team, re-invigorated by a large mandate at the upcoming vote, is worth ALOT more. PVL right behind Garner /Gittleson in case you were wondering whose side they are on.
