HoM, Really, "alas". SP at 7 Mths high today. New Mgt doing a good job. Your knowledge of the
co. history is priceless. Of topography, inundation, landslips, weather events (and
you could reasonably include seismic). I think the mgt are addressing those old
weaknesses, have competence and goals.
But the whole f%$# show is just always fu%^en' f%*ked to you.
You outa take a chill pill, obviously to bitter to enjoy the ride, mate.
