I run a 10% rule......no matter what gain a stock is looking at ‘possibly’ being I jump ship at 10% (not inc brokerage) this is also mated with a 2% stop loss.

Thanks, interesting post. My portfolio is doing well .Have held stocks for 2 to 3 weeks and are up by about 11%. Time to sell but as I said it is hard to forego possible further profits. Stocks can easily fall dramatically as I have learnt but yet I still hold
