I struggle to come to terms with the valuation of goodwill for these childcare providers, goodwill accounts for 84.13% of G8's total assets and 74.10% of Think Childcare's total assets.
Does anyone know why these rather ordinary businesses command such a high valuation on their intangibles? I understand a lot of it is probably due to G8's acquisition spree, but that is not a good thing by any means.
