Lots of reasons I guess. Lots of talk about Affinity in the market, couple of players looking around, that creates an element of risk because you don't know what the competitive future looks like. We could see another group looking to grow market share and drive up the price of centres killing medium growth options, or we could see a competitor that will be looking to push cashflow and we could see some profit growth flow back into the industry over the medium term.
At the end of the day, the share price will float up and down all the time... If you think its cheap, buy, if you think its expensive sell...
