None of us can predict the future, the outcome of the results is anyone's guess. If this company's occupancy rates can normalise more in line with the historical average (~80%), whether it be this year or next, I believe we will see a significantly positive re-rate. The thing is, this is a childcare services business, it's not a manufacturer of semi-conductors or the next hot tech play, the product offering in my opinion will last the test of time.
