i think its when. imo its got to come or Kiernan will well and truly cop it. For a starter it was a blatant mis-use of shareholders funds and came directly from a capital raising which was supposedly for Surda project use.

By all legalities of if it doesn't come Kiernan & co could be held accountable, only thing is that would probably mean the end of their relationship with IRL, so IRL shareholders would lose out twice.

All in all its in everyones (MON, IRL, MK, ER etc) best interest to ensure the cash gets back to IRL.
