    Every shareholder on 1/4/08 is entitled to 1 free option for every 6 shares they hold. You can sell or exercise the option. Offer closes soon.

    To answer your question, only signficant shareholders need to respond to ASX. TTY will probably participate in new shares as they are currently buying TTy on market.
