I heard about the ‘changing shirts’ thing happening up in Queensland at at least one new mine.
I have also heard, from three different sources, now that the current culture - whether due to pay rates or those and more - at Monadelphous is not the happiest .
Other businesses being talked about in this regard are private companies, Linkforce Engineering and Minprovise.
Despite this, in the AGM presentation, Monadelphous is reassuring about the retention of key talent and says retention is a focus along with staff development iniatives

I have not been able to find out the outcome but possibly the ill feeling stems from this .
