It is in line with what Inzm hearing elsewhere .
With labour shortages in the sector unless they pay good money of course they will lose people .
It is disturbing if there are people in upper management who are not content.
In one if the stories I read recently, to do with another company working in a different contract, backpackers were employed to carry in work after a local company was forced to shut down.
I am not very good at politics ...just more interested in the realities of the environment Monadelphous and its’ peers are dealing with right now.
RCR currently in a second suspension and Maca in a trading halt pending an announcement regarding earnings.
It seems like it is very much a dog eat dog world out there and at these times ‘protecting one’s own’ should be of paramount importance.
