I still think a takeover my TTY is a chance they can't let it go into administration when they have put $32 million on the line- based on current market cap.... rough calcs....$48 million in TTY scrip to take another 45%....to take a total holding to 65%
If there is to be a takeover MK would have had to come off the TTY board because of related party issues
