Clearly Monark you are a simple soul. I do not work in property I am an owner of Perth CBD property and a developer. My current personal project in Perth CBD has a value in excess of $54 million. My credentials are not the issue here. Nor are your credentials are the issue. Nor do we need the summary from you of the failings of the other APZ contemporaries in the market.
The issue here is any director for any company at any time worth $2 million plus. The simple answer is no!!!!! This is the issue nbot your simple analogy - the other companys are just as bad or worse!!!! I do not care about the other companys, I own shares in this one. Let me tell you, it is only a matter of time before the directors are brought to account.
You clearly have never founded a public company, managed it nor understand the concept of 'stewardship of assets' if you believe that the directors are paid a fair salary and not an obscene salary that it is simply unsustainable. $4 million in salary used to service debt could service in excess of $80 million or acquire a prime cash producing yielding asset of that value and be positivelu geared. So Monark I do not what property market you work in, but it sounds to me your experience is farly limited.
