Doesn't anyone remember this question being asked and the answer provided at the AGM last week?

The questions that I'm sure the note takers from the AGM will confirm was asked of the Chairman at the AGM and was somenthing like;

Question: - "Is it correct to assume that if we are shortlisted in mid December this will this constitute a Market Sensitive Announcement and cetainly if we are not one would surely would be required due to the likley impact of funding the CDP?"

I myself cannot remember the answer if anyone can assist..
