Yes, very frustrating indeed.
With regards to the Monash funding, previous announcements have illuded to a potentially bigger funding picture, but without any details it is all conjecture to a degree.
The lack of details as to why the significant delays, and the reasons behind the last minute changes in terms and conditons by Monash, only adds to the frustrations felt by many.
At some point, and I suspect very soon, either a more exhaustive explanation will be provided or a significant change in direction will occur.
Next week, I suspect, will be that turning point.
