I must admit I find this discounting a bullish factor.

Hard to find a major decline where futures have it in the bag.

Serious declines are usually done while futures stay at a premium until capitulation point.

Shorter term down moves can be at a discount but never seems to have any staying power.

So yes we could see lower, but unless future get pos, then this is likely to be short lived.

But it may be different this time!
