Class action against the regulator is the way to go. The government many times lost touch of doing business. Even us get angry when being asked at the banks about the caused withdrawn money. Let alone about the oversea customers have to prove their source of money before playing. No thank you, they can go somewhere else. The government has too much ego because it has the power.
