Summary is that Monday's hearings, are very very negative.
This creates a binary risk, and hence justifies a lower share price.
And for those that keep harping on about property assets, go back through the december 2023 balance sheet, back out intangibles, and net assets after deduction of intangibles is around $980m odd. (against a market cap of $1.12b odd after todays share market fall)
So this property property property thing, without a license, does not justify current market cap without a license.!!!!!
