so , if gns is lets say 49% partner in a new jv company , and the name changes to whatever ... whats the story with the shares ?? say they rise on open trading to 50c and the jv / merger is announced .. if i had 100000 gns shares and upm were ?? what ever value , what effect would it have on my share holding . give me a few scenarios ppl
