In these unique times of Fed intervention is it a foregone conclusion that markets rise. As the Fed has indicated it is now running markets will the markets ever be truly challenged on the down side. Does it mean volatility ceases as no one will take the Fed on. If markets do fall how much is allowed before Fed steps back in.
