what impediments have arisen, and if
there are delays, then they will be for a reason.

If that's reason for another series of whinging useless posts,
then that is the opportunity cost. Just because you don't hear
from thousands of holders who are very excited by this acquisition
and confidant with management team in place, doesn't mean they
don't exist.
