Good thinking Glyco. Also shouldn't disregard all the other US instos and retail investors who'll want to take positions after listing. Also in resp to some previous posts, one Nasdaq share being equivalent to a number of PRR is good for SP IMO. This positions PBMD at levels that suit the large US funds as many can't invest in v low priced stocks. Then when SP rises with good milestones etc down the track cld have a US share split to be closer or on par with PRR. There are many instances where this has occurred, eg in Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, where their share split was a signif boost to SP.
