Some stats sent to me by an old friend of mine on the Dow Jones Industrial Average for 2010=


Mon: 13 green days 4 red days

Tues: 11 green days 8 red days

Wed: 11 green days 8 red days

Thur: 13 green days 6 red days

Fri: 9 green days 9 red days

Note: 2 public holidays in the u.s for monday this year and 1 public holiday for friday.

For the Technical traders he goes onto mention that this years data points to Monday and Thursday on the asx for likely buying opportunities.

Anyhow i don't day trade but the above might work for some and not for others.

Keep in mind that the data compiled above is for entertainment purposes only.

Now just for fun i reckon we might see +48 points...
