Every woman wants an on suite and a large walk in clothes cupboard type thingy. I know it may seem excessive to have 2 dunnies but we live in the 21st century and it is considered quite normal.
You wouldn’t need to add an extra wall though, bang it in beside the fridge in the kitchen, you could even lose the kitchen walls to make it easier for her to call out or bring you a lemonade?
Apart from these issues relating to the comfort of your better half perhaps you could do with some mezzanine storage space?
