Thanks for your thought Marg, For us the floods are just an inconvenience and just need to be mindful where the water is. Just a bit of a cleanup when it is all is said and done. Thankfully were not in the North or Cambodia. Always had in the back of my mind the floods in QLD in 2011-12 when we purchased the house here.
