I'm concerned these riots are going to lead to something more sinister and the market doesn't seem to give two stuffs about it. Imagine if this was pre covid and the US had descended into anarchy the markets would be running for a cliff yet they haven't moved at all. Has the market priced in the white house being over run or the national guard gunning down 200 protesters trying to break into the whitehouse (a very real possibility)? What about a civil war maybe thats priced in as well. I'm long on a lot of my portfolio but this has me on edge im tempted to sell off some positions. Whats everyones opinion?
