..we are in the environmental court, for the start of the main appeal hearings. So the moment of truth, if not necessarily upon us, is approaching. Perhaps we will have a result by end of the year, or am I being too optimistic ??

Of course even if the court finds in BTU's favour, we can probably expect more appeals (including the ongoing climate change appeal) but I would hope that we are over the biggest hurdle and the finish line may actually be in sight.
