Certainly wasn't oil, lol, but more likely bond market. Haven't tracked them closely in months, but did notice yields were falling. Started to move quickly in the days leading into Thursday, then bond prices spiked same time indices free fell, just US, not Euro.
Second lesson of week: Keep close track of interest rate products.
