Last week ARU reported a 9-12mth delay..and the SP dropped 17%..its further down today..but so is the market.
LYC has those 7 Contracts/Letter of Intent..in the vault..DELAY OR NO DELAY.
If LYC cop a similar delay..then something is drastically wrong with the Construction of the Plant.That would mean it isnt State of the ART.
Since the LAMP is work in progress..we wouldnt know the Construction /Processing problems till the Processing actually happened.
If the IAEA report comes out early July..LYC still have till sept.to make the adjustments.
Just food for thought.
