on friday, before the announcement issued,SP already went up to 3.9c, but later, because of the delay, sellers were anxious and lost patience, many many people decided cut their holding in case of the "suspend".

At that moment, I also worried whether the bank(CBA) cannot extend the debt. I also guessed VPG will be suspended.

So what I am trying to say is 3.2c already based on the worst sentiment. I posted here long time ago, SP may be test 2.6c-2.8c, as market predicts VPG would bankcrupt in short term. Many people here blamed me before, because of the 2.6-2.8c bottom I pointed out.

But now I have to say, things are much better than what I expect. For me, $800 mln loss is not bad, compared with 3.2c SP.

VPG is not at a stage to make profits, we should only care about how much it can leave for the shareholders.

I believe its MC will go back to $100 mln very soon. 7c is the fair value under current market.

I really very very suprised to see some sellers still insist SP will fall on monday. you know the lenders know VPG's business details much more and much earlier than the market, lenders still want to support VPG, wanna buy its shares, why the brokers not???

can you see VALAD still survive but its market value is only $50 million, 40 million, 30 million??? No way.

I am not a specialist like whitebeachlover, but I never lose on VPG, So far I still think all of my post related VPG are all nearly correct as following:

1, 2 or 3 months ago I post VPG's next loss should be more than $500 million(actually not including the Intangible loss)

2, I posted SP maybe test the bottom 2.6-2.8c, when the SP was 5c, 7c, 10c.

3, I posted here BUY when SP was 4.1c, the SP went up to 11c, then I post a strong SELL at 10c.

4, My trading records:
buy at 7c, sell at 8.1c. oct 08
buy at 8.3 sell at 8.9c oct08
Buy at 7.0c sell at 7.5c Nov.08
buy at 4.6c,and buy at 3.9c sell at 10.5c, Jan,09
buy at 3.7c, buy at 3.6c, Feb, 09.

I think on monday the close SP should be more than 4.5c.
