An attempt was made to "open" the b. bands but apparently due to the fact that .032 was traded during the last minute of trade there was no confirmation. the last 10 minutes of the "run-up" period also failed to bring the price of VPG lower than .032. .032 almost hit the lower band of the b.bands but did not pierce it.
