Made it back from Shellharbour to Pittwater in one day under strong southerlies with a messy 3m swell glancing just off our stern …. Helming was always one way or the other with the wheel for 11hrs to prevent rounding up when surfing the swells.

Home late, was struggling to stay awake reading up for my pin at around 11.30pm on the lounge … then I did a Papa and it was 2.30am.
