I nearly sold when it hit 19.5, however that weekend article has me convinced that there are more than likely many a smaller retail investor looking hard at PRR.
On a crap day it has held up pretty well and as we know general market sentiment is usually felt very strongly here.
With the aforementioned presentations combined with more positive coverage (particularly in the US) I see no reason not to anticipate a bounce. BRR's 38cent call maybe not ST, but I'll be looking for a return to the low 20s' as the market inevitably settles, simply because the risk/reward will attract people.
So like the recent drop to 19, I see the PRR market staring it down.
