Then why is BLR doing a scoping study at such an early stage. Waste of time and money.
The U is low grade, deep and more drilling is needed, hence the permit. But a scoping study? Come on, thats a waste.
Someone commented earlier on the OPES saga. Well CQT come out of a trading halt yesterday only to go up 30%. Thats not a BAD THING.
