look the JORC code doesn't even recognise Inferred Resources as being of a confidence level for economic Studies.
This Scoping Study is clearly a diversion from the fact they can't drill.
From a project development POV it is a waste of time and money, as the results will in largely inaccurate and obsolete when (or if) BLR finally get around to actually completing their drilling.
