I totally agree with Cmark, Comet has the assets, like you are saying and the development ready to go. I got into a fight with a greeny girlfriend of one of my friends one night after I made the mistake of telling her I had investments in oil and gas, and man did she go to town and ruin the happy atmosphere of the party. She did, however, bring a book containing supposed proof that unicorns existed.
This is before we had the debate about the oil and gas, i told her that just to make her night. And i said i think someone got some superglue and stuck one of those horns off a buluga whale on the forehead of the horse, and took a picture.
Well that started it, mind you, i did try to tell her that it is ok to a have a differing point of view and ask questions about such stuff, she said she believed it because it was good for her soul. I said good for the soul if your under the age of five maybe or still in kindy.
Didn't see her at any more of our parties after that, i think she took up with some other unicorn believing friends. Go Comet.
