So another party enters into a bidding war with RIO for an asset immediately adjacent RIO's Rossing,,,, they're gonna lose BUT,,,,, there will be winners,,,, KAH shareholders please step forward.
The scenario for anyone going up against RIO here is that KAH is going to accept an offer lower than that which RIO offers and then the party that now owns the formerly KAH share of EXT will sell them to RIO for a sum higher than that which KAH could extract (no pun intended). Or that party has to be capable of developing the mine with greater economy than RIO can (not meant as a joke that last one, just what the alternatives some are implicitly suggesting)
It's simple, any buyer of EXT does so to develop it or on-sell it.... RIO trumps both options therefore a hoped for bidding war is how likely????????
