If it's more debt - she's gone. I suggest much will be announced, even if the Quarterly will be a copy/paste. CDU is now primed for big wallet shorting. That being said, I believe it'll be all about volume and liquidity now.

Without no meaningful info, I'd say $0.35 or thereabouts - if less, CDU may well fall into private hands but yet again, little transparency is evident atm.

For me, I don't care, however, I'd say internal litigation is the obvious hard lined approach from all parties.
