ABS data is usually released at 11.30am. No pearly drops of wisdom. It might be a guide to the CPI tomorrow and hence the RBA decision on Wednesday, but CPI can lag PPI by a month or so sometimes. Currency markets pricing in a 60% chance of a May rate hike (next meeting). If any surprise I expect a highside surprise PPI because of oil, employment and drought and maybe industrial rents, but have no idea of the extent to which that is priced in already.
