Don't know any emerging producing mining stocks that can flag there will be a capital raising coming and see their SP move north in this market. There is a distinct possibility that whoever the raising goes to, we will have a very clear picture of who is keen to predate this resource.
My money is with Oswal Fertilizers ... makes building a $60 million dollar Taj Mahal in Peppermint Grove a no brainer for Mr Oswal ...
