Uiux, with respect, this press release is unequivocal, in the public domain, and can't be taken back, so absolutely no issue for BRN relating to NDAs, given that it was released by Tensor. It clearly states that Tensor are moving forward with BRN IP. Someone needs a smack. Is it Tensor , for releasing information about intent without having a contract in place, or Ken, for the fact that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing? Either way, it needs to be cleared up with an ann at 8.30 tomorrow morn.Absolutely unacceptable.
