my point exactly... it's tantamount to baseless up ramping when no new material development has happened...of which I am not sure then this will make the stock volatile and harm itself in long run... if this is about tensor disclosure .... then this is still not new info since all NDAs are priced in and not material development... hope I am wrong ...
