I think what he is trying to say is the possibility of an NDA with a company that could possibly find value in AKIDA and possibly enter a contract for value and possibly the combined product will be commercially successful is already valued by the market.
Clearly what has not and cannot be priced in is an actual deal with say Samsung for implementation of AKIDA in an already commercially successful product such as a phone or a camera with a known market share.
If he were saying this he would be completely wrong.
My opinion only DYOR.
