A buddy of mine just bought a canal block in Mandurah for $300K. He reckons 5 years ago they were $800K. You should get check them out (not investment advice). Don't sell any NMT though. They are our retirement fund! Maybe just fund the repayments from our divi's!!
Came to Yamba to build this Pacific Highway. Perhaps I can incorporate some lithium carbonate into the design. I reckon about 160MT should do it!
