    yeh, "swings & roundabouts", the canal blocks 15yrs ago couldn"t be sold for $190,000, luv the water, but theres no waterways like that of sydney harbour & the hawkesbury river NSW, ..plan is kicking back on "dangar island" ( hawkesbury river") with $1 dividends via NMT, Fingers crossed for our 1st shipment this week, our first of many export milestones, cheers
