No trading halt IMO till there is price sensitive news otherwise TH is pointless.

Cant go into a TH just because some SH have taken a risky play and the price is down. Thats out of company control.

TOL? Thats a game changer because they are in production.

You can factor in the decision but production changes the landscape because all of a sudden - CA$H. Cha-ching.

Short selling is allowed however its covered, someone has to lend the stock, its not naked. Means someone has their balls on the line to the tune of $170M or so and they are not going to put that at risk.

When and if it does go into a TH I am sure they (Shorters) have a plan so no matter how nice it would be to think of them being squeezed REAL hard I am sure that they will have a way out.

The global demand for this stock however is what will drive it through the roof and at that point shorters playing greedy games will be a thing of the past.

Really IMO next year, and the years, after will be gold and thats what I am looking forward to.

For now they can take their 90c (send it to 20c I don't care) and shove it.
