Also perhaps important is that LYSDY has now more commonly been trading above LYSCF in price and Friday closed at virtually the same price vrs. what usually was a .04 cent differential (LYSCF traditionally the higher priced). Presumption by some is that this suggests more serious/institutional (?) investors (LYSDY) are becoming relatively more important vrs. traders (LYSCF) as TOL gets closer to reality. Once the company is a profit-making concern seems possible that LYSDY, which is the one the company says should be bought and carries both voting and dividend rights, will trade at a premium to LYSCF. Seems that realities are in the process of changing.
