So we have a lot of fear in the market. Enough to turn the market around? Probably not.

Here's the ratio of bonds/stocks.

The stocks/bonds ration (IAF/STW) has risen into the 2-3 range where, in normal conditions, we might expect a return to the upside in stocks in the next couple of days.

But this is not "normal" conditions. We might see a rise into the 5-6 range before we see the bears capitulate.
