Unfortunately, there is no fixed answer for a pip. A pip by definition is smallest tradeable unit. Some exchanges allow traders to trade down to 5 decimals although the more typical one is 4 decimals to which your 1cent = 100pips is correct.
Again, it depends on the cross rate since the JPY would be different as well.
For e.g. AUDUSD is currently 0.9578, +1 pip = 0.9579 and +100 pips = 0.9678.
