Absolutely no problems with the questions mate and I should be finshed compiling a document on what I do with the gaps on Monday later to day and should be able to link it here..
Basically I work on teh "premise" that significant gaps that on a pair onmonday morning will be closed.
(the significance of monday morning is that though the FOREX market is touted as 24/7, there is actually a brief window between Saturday morning our time and Monday morning our time when these markets are closed and like with many markets (eg equity indices such as DAX abd XJO) the gap created on open often proovides great trading opportunities)
So... what I do is monitor the gaps that open on the early monday morning and take positions OPPOSIT the gap.
EG if gaps up, I go short, if gaps down, I go long.
The position is closed when the gap is closed.
So in short, I trade the gaps under the assumption that they will close.
