I found this bit very interesting.

"His comments suggest that Canberra will be more relaxed about Chinese investors taking a minority stake in existing companies and may also permit full takeovers of companies where the resource is not yet developed "

I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing for smaller companies.
The Chinese can still invest in the miners just not a majority stake but they hint they can do a full takeover if the company hasn't got a developed resource.
Where does that put FMS?
